Husband drove himself to ER about 5 pm. ..dizzy. They're checking enzyme blood work for heart attack, and transferring him to another hospital. I'm stuck at home because of my health issues. He's in God's hands, but would appreciate all prayers.
Made Barefoot Contessa's chicken pot pie tonight. I minced the onion into invisibility and limited the vegetables to carrots. Because apparently I live with a grown man who negotiates vegetables like a child at dinner.
Barefoot Contessa’s recipe was very simple and delicious. I can only imagine it with even more vegetables. Someday.
