Husband drove himself to ER about 5 pm. ..dizzy. They're checking enzyme blood work for heart attack, and transferring him to another hospital. I'm stuck at home because of my health issues. He's in God's hands, but would appreciate all prayers.

Russia is so fortunate to have someone as brilliant as Putin at the helm.
An historical mastery of military doctrine and tactics has ensured his place amoung such military geniuses as Agustus and Ghengis Khan.
Let's not overlook his undeniable brilliance is guiding the Russian economy to enviable heights that are the envy of the whole world.
All other world leaders must be wondering how they can ever compare themselves to him when trying to sell themselves to their own populations.
We will all dream of being able to circulate on our roadways this winter in horsedrawn sleds to get into a proper Christmas spirit.

Today was a great day! I hosted another "wine tasting" with my four grown nieces and cousins. We each bring a bottle of wine and have a little taste of each and rate them. Some were very good, some not so much. We had a lot of laughs and great food, then played cards in the yard. It was a beautiful day. We had mostly store bought or bakery items to make it easier. Here is a pic of my mini charcuterie board. We also had arancini, homemade bruschetta, focaccia, pulled pork sliders and quiche. Lemon knots from the Sicilian Bakery. These are the days that make the not-so-great times so worthwhile. 🥰

Now I'm going to take my husband out for a beef sandwich. He was here all day helping out and socializing but no drinks for him. He enjoyed himself as well.

“Winki’s Diner”

We hadn’t had a ‘Huckleberry Milkshake’ yet this year. A local tourist trap in St. Regis makes one and you’ll see billboards for it for 200 miles.
Less than 1000 ft from the tourist trap, is a ‘Diner’ bearing the name Winki’s. It also has Huckleberry milkshakes, therefore we decided to try that one since we previously had only had the one from the tourist trap.

We went ahead and ate supper at ‘Winki’s’. We shared a Huckleberry shake for dessert. It was of course delicious. It was my cheat.
