Our neighbor is either a masochist or a showoff. He's out there every morning at 7am, before work, shoveling his entire driveway in subzero windchill temperatures.
Me? I'm not going out to shovel in this weather unless the 4x4 can't get down the driveway. 😆

My realtor called me today.
She sent a message to the other realtor saying, "The home has been on the market 108 days. Will the owner consider a VA inspection now?"
I like that. Don't give up!!
And speaking of not giving up. Kat is gaining her weight back beautifully. I even see it in her head. That was a long 10 months figuring out her medical issues and fixing them ... for now.
