Good Morning Gutter Friends, I am back after having emergency abdominal surgery last week. I am home resting and recovering. Spent the days in the hospital sleeping and watching the Buzzr channel for the most part - old game shows. Caught up on the Gutfeld! shows yesterday. That's about all that's worth watching these days. Looking forward to getting back to my real life after 6 months of dealing with these issues. Should be a full recovery, God willing. Missed the Gutter!
Mark specifically said he did not want to have dessert for his 64th birthday. So obviously… I ignored that part.
Instead, I'm trying a brand new recipe: cherry hand pies by Cooks Illustrated. . Basically upscale pop tart, but with higher expectations and a lot more pressure.
Wish me luck. If it sucks, we're calling it rustic.
Quick update: it came out pretty good. This will be great for breakfast too.

Husband and I spent the last 5 days in the Tampa Bay, FL area.
Met up with old friend, went to some Tiki bars and visited a few museums(the James and Ringling). I will post more pics in the comments or not I don’t if it will work.
I had today off and went to a movie with my daughter we saw the iron lung. Really liked it a. Video game made into movie by a YouTuber(Markipiler). Well done for a lower budget. It is a psychological horror. FYI for those who want to know.
