It's time for a Taco Soup night.
Taco Soup
1 lb Ground Beef
I 28 oz. can Crushed, Unseasoned Tomatoes
1 15 - 16 oz. can Beans, drained. I use pinto but any kind would work.
1 10 - 12 oz bag Frozen Corn
32 oz Beef Broth
1 packet Ranch Dressing and Dip Mix
1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
Brown the ground beef in a large saucepan. Drain and rinse well.
Add all other items into the pan with the ground beef. Cook until everything is hot and everything is seasoned well.
I make a pan of cornbread with it but anything you like with soup is good.
My kids loved this when they were little. It's a very easy busy weeknight meal.
