My Senator Moreno R-OH came close to this when he asked Fauci if he could quote the full 5th Amendment.
I would have asked him, "Please tell me how in a hearing like this, how does someone plead the 5th Amendment?"
Fauci: “On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer based upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.”

Got some great news from the surgeon today. No surgery needed on the hiatal hernia, no stomach or colon cancer. Some stomach inflammation that can be treated with pills. Do not need to have it checked again for 12-18 months, unless there are issues. Need to keep losing weight, eating well, walking. I've been feeling good, so counting my blessings and lucky stars. 🤩🙏
