Shitty way to end a birthday week. Well y’all softball for me is over. I’m so depressed and so sad it had to end this way but it’s for the best. I’ll coach but as far as playing goes after I’m healed is a very low chance. I broke my tibia and torn my meniscus. I can’t bare weight on it for 6 weeks and I get my staples out in two weeks. I’m still in shock. I’m still in the hospital watching gutfeld I’ve been in the hospital since Monday. I had surgery yesterday at 1pm. I’m on a bunch of drugs that are helping and I’ve got my husband here with me. I wanted to get this out there. A little sum up of how it happened… Monday night in our game I had hit a bomb right over first to right field and it went over right field so I was gone. As I was rounding third to go home the pitcher was covering home and when he received the ball for the tag on me he came and tagged me pretty hard on the knee which made me collapse and it broke my tibia and tore my meniscus.
