Unlike many of the pundits on Fox, I have a more sanguine view of the mid-terms at this point. As I have stated here on this board, I watch the RealClearPolitics generic ballot because it is a composite of all the polls. I has jumped 3 point in Democrat favor in the last month. It went from 5.8 to 8.7.
This is obviously due to the war in Iran and the jump in gas prices. And Trump doubling down is not helping...although giving in to Iran at this point would be worse.
Unless a miracle with Iran happens soon...this is going to be a tough November.
