hey all! i turned 60, which makes me officially middle aged (i plan on hitting 120).
but as i said on Gutfeld, if you hit 60, you're more likely to hit 70. its science. and you cannot disprove it (I dare you).

i have some BIG surprises coming up - both professional and personal (and one might wish, cosmetic), but I am not spilling any tea, here, yet....

This is my Christmas dinner moments before it hit my mouth. Homemade mashed potatoes topped with Crock-Pot cubed steak with mushroom and onion gravy. I started the cubed steak and gravy yesterday, put it in the fridge overnight, took it out this morning to skim off the fat, then put it back in the Crock-Pot and finished cooking.
The gravy paired up nicely with the mashed potatoes, and the cubed steak was fork-tender. And it was all delicious.
Hopefully, this will make up for posting Josh's Mama's Grinch Christmas Dinner fiasco last night. 😋
