Made @janetwlong Beef Stroganoff last night. Mark gave it an A. But I must tell you I did add a couple of different ingredients. First, the recipe called for tomato paste as optional so I omitted the tomato paste. I added a 3rd cup of whiskey because I did not have Brandy and, at the end to finish the sauce, added 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. I also only did 2/3 cup sour cream. I was amazed how just a little bit of lemon juice can add to your stroganoff. @janetwlong recipe with my new add ons will be my go to recipe.
