My court friends and I took a sourdough baking class last night. It was fun, interesting…teacher was all over the place which is not good for beginners. Absolutely drove me crazy when I had to keep asking how do I make the f’in starter. The answer was just keep feeding your mother or ask your friends for some of their Mother. Anyways, bread came out fine but is a little dense which I think is because we were hurrying up the process last night.
How many sourdough bread makers do we have out there? Tips?

Not a good way to spring something new on folks .
Especially being the site has been a mess for about a week .
When the Gutter started we never had any issues what so ever .
Then Locals bought it and we have constatntly had issues .
I have dealt with them because I have made some great friends here and we have many smart , talented , funny people here .
Now I here Rumbles has taken over ...
And not sure if this is related but have had nothing but trouble posting since last week .
Either loses my post or I have to log in every time I post , or a combination of the two .
Not sure want to deal with even more problems just to spout my non -sense .
I do love chattin with many of you .
