Who the hell are these assholes protesting at the UN? No ICE, Free Palestine? Get the fucking UN out of NY. Make it a part of the Greenland agreement. Put the UN there and see how many diplomats and protesters show up.
Sure the first inclination is to be a bit put-off by these meetings President Trump is having with Mayor Mamdani. At the same time, consider this: Republicans / MAGA with functioning brain cells know there is no way Mamdani is going to rub off on Trump. The worst thing is the seemingly bad look, giving Mamdani some kind of credibility because of Trump’s desire to meet. On the other hand, the crazies on the left can’t be crazy about Mamdani spending quality time with the enemy. I’m sure many are beside themselves with visions of a less radical, compromising, kinder and gentler Commie after he stands there and blurts out what we know is insincere nonsense having to do with working together or something. Bottom line: President Trump is playing the percentages, with Mamdani getting the short end of the stick.
