i need to change my profile picture. i've lost 40 lbs since that was taken. my manager is overweight, so he purposely chooses fat pictures of me. i don't think thats fair

Unfortunately, if TDS is designated a disability...employers will not be able to fire employees who exhibit their disabilities in the workplace. They may require them to get treatment. May I suggest a 12 step program...starting with the Trump Serenity Prayer...
